Assistant Vice President of Enterprise and Research Computing
Todd Haddaway is the Assistant Vice President for Enterprise and Research Computing in the Division of Information Technology at UMBC. In this role, he provides strategic leadership for the university’s enterprise technology infrastructure, including cloud services, Unix and Windows systems, research computing, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, database administration, and identity and access management.
Todd is an active contributor to Internet2’s Trusted Access Platform (TAP) initiatives and serves on multiple Internet2 NET+ service advisory boards. He also serves on the Steering Committee for Maryland’s Cross Campus Technology Group (CCTG), where he collaborates with IT leaders from higher education institutions across the state. Through these roles, he works with peer institutions and technology partners to advance secure, scalable, and innovative IT services across higher education.
His areas of expertise include enterprise identity and access management, cloud strategy, higher education IT, enterprise systems, and research computing. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UMBC and a Master of Science in Database Systems.
